Astral Projection is an out-of-body experience (OBE) in which the “astral body” is separate from the physical body and is capable of travelling outside it. Astral projection or travel denotes the consciousness’ or soul’s journey or “ascent”, wherein the spiritual traveler leaves the physical body and travels in his/her astral body to an astral plane and higher realms.
IN THIS COURSE YOU WILL LEARN:
+ Several different methods of astral travelling;
+ What is astral travelling, concerns, uses, preparation & protection;
+ Experience two to three (2-3) different astral projections in class* (*as time permits)
+ Receive two (2) take-home guided astral travel meditation CDs;
